Centres of Intelligence Within

The field of neuroscience is discovering more about the interconnected role of the centres of intelligence that manage our health, wellbeing and happiness. mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques) is a process that identifies when these intelligence centres are out of alignment.

We are all familiar with the intelligence of our head brain but now research findings confirm there is an intelligence (or brain) within our heart and gut.  In fact, science now refers to the gut (with its complex, adaptive microbiome) as the ‘other brain’, recognizing its vital role in maintaining the health and wellbeing of our mind and body. In fact, 90% of messages come from our gut, with only 10% from the head brain. That’s a ratio of 9 to 1. A clear pathway to our gut intelligence is therefore vital.

The idea of centers of intelligence may initially be hard to comprehend yet our cognitive language reflects this and we intuitively sense it. How often have you used or heard expressions such as: ‘he’s very head based’, ‘her heart’s just not it in’ or ‘I had a gut feeling that would happen’? There are many.

These intelligence centers are complex neural networks that have prime functions and competencies.  You could say they are specialists in their field of expertise.  They operate independently and simultaneously; communicating, processing and storing information at a cellular level, outside of our conscious awareness. The ability of these networks to form connections and send signals from neuron to neuron is the process for us to sense, communicate and function every day. We need the signals to flow freely in order to make the wisest choices and decisions in the present moment so that we can use our own thoughts and actions to move forwards successfully.

when communication flows freely between the centres of intelligence within, you have the means to make your desires, dreams and goals a reality.

mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques), was developed in 2012 by International Leadership Consultant Grant Soosalu and International Behavioural Modelling Professional and NLP Master Trainer, Marvin Oka.  It evolved from NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Cognitive Linguistics and Behavioural Modelling, for use within the areas of personal development, human performance and potential.
